Please Read Before Attending In-person classes
Covid-19 Guidelines
This is a fluid situation. Guidelines will change in accordance with CDC recommendations along with consideration of our community's needs. In order to safely and sustainably provide small group and private in-person practice, please observe the following:
Register ahead up to one hour prior to the class (space permitting). There are no walk-ins.
There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for the session (except in the case of illness or emergency). If it is not within 24 hours of the class start time, there is a way to reschedule your appointment yourself via your emailed appointment confirmation. It is recommended that you try to reschedule the appointment. If you need to cancel outright, please email me for a refund.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 5 days, or are otherwise required to quarantine due to exposure, please stay home.
Covid-19 Vaccinations may be required for certain types of classes. Please see details upon class registration for current protocols.
Masks are optional for privates and other group classes, but are always welcome: please use good judgement.
We have props at the studio for your use, but you are welcome to bring your own props instead, or a towel or soft cloth to cover our props.
Give yourself lots of permission to take care of your needs, especially if you are just getting back to in-person practice. Nobody will be offended if you set yourself up far away from others or take a break to walk outside during class.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or if something about practice doesn’t feel right to you. I appreciate and value your honest feedback!
